The spikenard plant, also known as muskroot, is a relative of honeysuckle that is native to the Himalayas. Since before the first millennium, spikenard oil has been incorporated into perfumes, aromatherapeutic healing, and herbal medicine. It is used to boost immune function, relieve tension and stress, fight inflammation, and improve mood.
Our Spikenard Tibetan Incense Sticks boast a mellow and earthy incense aroma that is not too spicy. Its woody undertones will help you feel refreshed during daily guided meditations.
